The Pacific Parrotlet aka Celestial is the most popular of the Parrotlet. The male green in color with a bright apple green mask, light blue to streak behind the eye which blends into silver blue at the nape of the neck. Their rump, and wing coverts are cobalt blue. Females are the same as the male but lack the blue. Some females have a faint blue streak behind the eye. Some subspecies can have a blue color on the rump. Beak and feet are a pinkish horn color.
